VB Composite with Urethane Film Facing

VB Composite is a combination of a high transmission loss and sound absorption in one material.  It consists of a unique limp, flexible plastic barrier which is certified by UL-94 VO in combination with UL-94 HF1 Ester Foam with urethane film.  Additional surface treatments can be provided such as embossed, metalized mylar, reinforced metalized mylar or tedlar.

These characteristics make the VB composite ideal for the in-plant application, as well as in compressors, generators, and engine housings.  It can be used as a single sided product for pipe lagging.

The material can be supplied with pressure sensitive adhesive in custom die-cut parts.
